ELLI

Owner - Senior Stylist

Elli has began her hairdressing career way back in 07' and in 2013 decided to take the plunge and open her own Salon, Paper Scissors Rock Hair Lounge. The Salon is in its sixth year of operation and Elli has been loving every minute of it.

With a keen eye for style and decoration, she has created a space worth coming to see. It is relaxing and full of fabulous hair trends. Elli covers all aspects of hairdressing with special interest and training with Hair Extensions. Our Hair Extensions rage includes Micro Tape extensions which Elli blends seamlessly into the natural hair. We also are proud stockists of Showpony Hair Extensions and boast the range of both clip ins and brand new Halo Extensions. 

Olaplex bond multiplying treatments is another one of Elli's passions. Olaplex is one of the most revolutionary products within the Hairdressing industry.... Elli is your go to girl when it comes to these amazing products!

You can find Elli in salon for bookings on Tuesdays, 10am - 8pm.

TASH

Senior Stylist

As soon as you enter the salon, you will know if you have seen Tash. She always greets everyone thorugh the door with a big smile and her signature "Hiyaaa". Tash successfully completed her Hairdressing Apprenticeship in 2016 and not long after joined the PSR Hair fam and since then there has been no stopping her!!!

Tash is in very high demand at the salon. She covers all aspects of hairdressing and covers them extremely well! Tash has spent a lot of time perfecting her foiling techniques along with her balayage and ombre work, which makes her a go to if this is the style you're after. She has an extreme eye for detail throughout all her work - you will be wowed by her skills and feel extremely cared for after an appointment with Tash.

If you have any questions regarding your home haircare regime, Tash is your girl to see. Within our product range, there is a solution for everyone. From limp hair, dandruff or chemically treated - Tash's thorough knowledge of the range makes it easy for her to pick a product that will help you!

Tash is available for appointments from Tuesday through to Saturday, with late night appointments available Tuesday and Wednesday.

ALEISHA

Third Year Apprentice

Aleisha has been a part of the PSR Hair Lounge Team for quite some time now, almost since the very beginning. But since completing Year 12 in 2017, she had the green light to go ahead and officially begin her apprenticeship. 

Whenever Aleisha is in the Salon, you know things are going to be kept neat, tidy and in good order. She is an extremely dedicated little hairdresser who is blitzing her apprenticeship. Now in her third year, she is offering most hairdressing services. She loves cutting and colouring, and has a keen eye for styling (both casual and bridal settings). 

Some of Leish's favourite products in Salon are Olaplex, SmartBond and Kerastase Fusio Dose. Any questions you might have about these products, don't hesitate to ask Leish.

You will be able to find Leish in salon Tuesdays - Saturdays, with late night appointments available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, once a month she heads down to the prestigious BIBA Academy for her Trade School.

Most of Aleisha's services are discounted for the moment, while she completes her apprenticeship. However, any service you have with Leish will be nothing short of 5 star. She is amazing!

DANIELLE

Senior Stylist

Danielle maybe her offical title, but most of you will know our girl as Dan or Dani. Dan joined the gang over a year and a half ago, bringing with her a fabulous 22 years of experience.

Dan has a real passion for customer service and care. She loves to help salon guests create a unique look that they feel great in! From a blunt bob coloured dark and shiny, to a soft, blended blonde - she has done them all. 

​

Even though Dan has done hairdressing for many years, she is always keen to learn and train. She often takes part in up-skilling and refresher courses at the salon to keep her skills as sharp as ever. And you can see the results in her work.

​

Dan is also one of the salon's apprentice trainers and educators. Helping the junior staff perfect their craft is something she loves to do, and does so well. She is patient and motivated and we love having her around.

​

You will find Dan in salons on Mondays and Wednesdays, 9am - 4pm.

CLOE

Second Year Apprentice

Cloe has just began her second year of her apprenticeship and is succeeding every step of the way. She is extremely bubbly and kind - and according salon guests, gives the best head massages ever!

​

Cloe has completed all her styling units (also at the BIBA Academy) and does an absolutely beautiful bouncy blow dry, up do and braided style, just to name a few. She has just began her colouring units and is loving it, as she thrives on learning new skills and sharing her knowledge with those around her. 

​

For an emerging stylist, Cloe has a huge knowledge of all the products stocked in salon. She can help with making recommendations for all at home care regimes and also in salon treatments. 

​

Cloe works very hard in keeping the salon tidy and assisting the senior staff, all with a smile on her face. She is a pleasure to see in the salon and you can find her Mondays, Wednesday - Saturdays, with late nights on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

MELANIE

Senior Stylist

Mel is our new kid on the block... She has very recently joined the team after having some time away from hairdressing to become and beautiful Mum.

Mel is originally a local girl, but has been away for the past 10 years working hard and gaining hairdressing knowledge that we can all now enjoy in salon. Mel has experience in salon management and also apprentice training. Behind the chair she has a real flare for blondes and balayage trends and as a result, is in high demand for these services.

​

Since joining the PSR Hair team, Mel has worked very hard to learn the ins and outs of the Kerastase, Loreal and Olaplex range we use in salon. She puts her learnings into practise seamlessly and takes great pride in the work she delivers. 

​

You will find Mel's happy face in salon on Thursdays, 10am - 8pm.

ZEL

Senior Stylist

Zel is one busy lady.... If moving to Swan Hill and joining the PSR hair gang wasn't hectic enough, she decided to become a Mumma as well.

​

Zel was a breath of fresh air when she started at the salon in 2019. She is kind, easy going, and loves her craft. She has an attention to detail that is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for Zel, she listens to her clients needs a delivers a beautiful result to suit them perfectly.

​

Refining her skills and learning news ones is also something Zel has a passion for. She has done some extensive cutting training since working at PSR - as well as colouring and treatment courses. 

​

Zel us currently on Maternity Leave with her little man, Harvey.
